1. Sample Cost: In order to cover the cost of producing high-quality samples, we charge a small fee for each sample requested. This fee is fully refundable if the client decides to proceed with the final order.

2. Sample Approval: Before the production of the final order begins, our clients will have the opportunity to review and approve the samples we have provided. If any changes are required, we will work with our clients to make any necessary adjustments.
